Many changes have been taking place here, in closed season, new signings, new coaching and management staff to compliment and enhance our already strong team.  The faclilites here continue to grow, with the
proposed new South Stand taking shape and evolving on a daily basis.

Worcester team to face Rotherham
Saturday December 19 - 2.30pm


Worcester have made no changes to their side as they tarvel to Rotherham for the last Allied Dunbar Division Two match of 1998.

5 WORCESTER LADIES TO PLAY AGAINST AMERICA
Five members of the Worcester Ladies squad have been selected to play against America on Sunday (December 20). Nicola Goodwin (prop), Tessa Meek (fly-half) and Abbie McDonald (wing) will start for Emerging England as they face the USA Eagles Under 23 and Karen Andrew (fly-half) and Sarah Reynolds (flanker) are on the replacements bench. This will be the second year that Goodwin, Meek, McDonald and Reynolds have made the Emerging squad and the first call-up for former England Student Andrew. The match will kick off at Newbury RFC at 2.30pm.

INTERNATIONAL MATCHES @ SIXWAYS

Sixways will be playing host to three international matches next season following the confirmation of the Engand Under 18 fixture earlier this week. England Under 18 VS Australia Under 18 Wednesday January 20 1999 - Sixways - 6.30pm Tickets are £5 adults and £3 juniors and will be available from Sixways (01905 454183) during office hours. The Australia side will be making Worcester their base for the whole of match week, using the Sixways site for playing and training from Sunday January 17 to Thursday January 21.

Sixways will also be hosting England Under 21 versus France Under 21 and the
women's England versus France women's international.

WORCESTER v MELROSE @ SIXWAYS NEXT FEBRUARY!

Worcester will be taking on Scottish side Melrose in an international weekend fixture next year. The Gold 'n' Blues will entertain the Scottish Premier Division side on Friday February 19 at Sixways, the day before England meet Scotland in the Five Nations Championship. Kick off is at 7.30pm.
